Job descriptionSalary $80,000-$90,000 / Year (depending on experience) 401k w / 3.5% Company Match 3 weeks paid time off per year (Because you deserve it!) 10 days paid holidays per year Company paid Health Benefit Plan Monthly Medical Insurance allowance Company paid BLS / CPR certification Company paid QBS Safety certification CEUs Allowance Performance Reviews every 6 months 401(k) 3.5% Match Flexible schedule Paid time off Professional development assistance A minimum of two years of experience in behavioral therapy or a related field is preferred. Proven experience working with children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is essential. Familiarity with medical terminology, patient care practices, patient assessment techniques, and behavioral health standards is required. Experience in data collection methods relevant to behavioral analysis is highly desirable. Knowledge of special education practices and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams is beneficial.
