Senior Manager, Clinical Contracts

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Clinical Contracts and Outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and manage contracts (SOWs, CDAs, MSAs) in collaboration with Legal / Compliance teams

Ensure compliance of all contracts with company policies and legal requirements

Provide training and guidance to new business contract owners on contracting obligations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree required with 3 years of relevant experience in contracts administration

Experience in the pharmaceuticals or biopharma industry

Demonstrated ability to influence management and key business partners

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and project management tools
