Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in AI / ML solution architecture, with hands-on experience in large language models
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, and AWS
• Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, and LangChain
• Deep understanding of NLP, transformers, RAG, and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms like Strider, Gemini, and Copilot, including their integration patterns
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
