Job descriptionGreet and guide passengers while answering travel-related questions Assist customers with kiosk machines and resolve ticketing issues Maintain professionalism and engagement in high-traffic and idle periods Demonstrate punctuality, teamwork, and a consistently helpful attitude 1+ year of customer service experience Prior background in transportation or retail preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours and stay productive during slow periods Kiosk terminals Ticketing platforms Communication devices (e.g., radios, mobile tablets) Conflict resolution or de-escalation training Experience working in high-volume environments

- 17–$18 / hr
- Varying shifts : 6 : 00AM–3 : 00PM, 11 : 00AM–7 : 00PM, 3 : 00PM–11 : 00PM
- Full-time, W2
- Temporary – 45 Days
