Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a dedicated Group Assistant to join their dynamic team. As a Group Assistant, you will be an integral part of the support structure for a large organization, ensuring smooth operations and effective support for team members. Location : Redmond, WA (Onsite)

Pay Range : What's the Job?

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to a large team, supporting organizational needs and daily operations.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics to facilitate seamless team interactions.
• Manage department financial operations, personnel activities, and facility purchasing and maintenance.
• Assist with onboarding new hires, setting up equipment, and managing space allocations.
• Complete special projects as assigned, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

What's Needed?

2. Minimum 2-4 years experience with space management.

3. Minimum 2-4 years experience within an admin role.
