Mast Roofing & Construction in Oley, PA is scouting a full-time Roofing Crew Manager - Foreman who can ensure that our crew gets projects done in a timely and accurate manner for our Berks County, PA clients. This full-time position requires a flexible schedule and is for someone who is motivated to work 45-55 hours / week.

As a Roofing Crew Manager - Foreman, you can expect to earn an annual wage of $60k+ a year, plus bonus opportunities, based upon experience and enjoy a full benefits package including medical, vision, dental, a retirement plan, paid time off (PTO), bonuses, a company truck, laptop, phone, and complete technical and sales training.

As a Roofing Crew Manager - Foreman, you're consistently out in the field during each project, so you are the face of the company. Thanks to your can-do, get-it-done personality, you always take responsibility for the performance of you and your team. You are both an offensive and defensive player, as you help your team prevent delays and stay on budget. Our customers and team members alike can always count on your friendly demeanor and positive attitude to get them cheering!

QUALIFICATIONS

• A record of at least 3 years of winning in roofing construction
• 1 year of crew leadership experience preferred
• Physically capable of lifting, climbing, stretching, and performing other construction-related tasks
• Strong leadership ability
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Attentive to detail
