PA Maintenance Manager

Pay Range + Bonus Eligibility

$94,000-$140,000 range plus Bonus Eligibility of 15%

Relocation

Available, reimbursement of actual costs up to $15,000 (grossed up using flat supplemental rate of 22% for tax purposes)

Position Overview

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning and directing all maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. This role leads a team of maintenance technicians, drives maximum machine uptime, and collaborates with engineering resources to provide technical guidance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Operations : Manage and direct the maintenance department to achieve business objectives.
• Safety & Compliance : Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and promote a positive, safe work environment.
• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance : Collaborate on maintenance plans to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Budget Management : Prepare and monitor departmental budgets; ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Problem Solving : Analyze downtime, identify root causes, and implement action plans for improvement.
• Technical Leadership : Support technicians daily, provide guidance, and implement systems for problem-solving and accountability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Communicate with plant management on technical issues and performance metrics.
• Continuous Improvement : Pursue opportunities for efficiency and support capital improvement projects.
