Overview

Associate Sales Representative role at TruMed Systems, Inc. The position is a field Associate Sales Representative role within remote territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the defined deadlines
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of latest developments
  • Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned territory
  • Manage and / or participate in regional and national tradeshows and conferences
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities by cold calling throughout the territory
  • Report on sales activity and results (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)
  • Present products and services to prospective customers and identify customer needs
  • Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices

What is expected for success

  • Act as a point of contact for customers within the assigned territory
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities through cold calling and other outreach
  • Attend and participate in regional and national tradeshows and conferences
  • Provide feedback on marketing strategy and sales activity effectiveness
  • Develop territory plans with your Manager
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Associate's degree with relevant sales experience
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance indicators
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to resolve customer issues
  • Well-organized with demonstrated follow-up practices
  • Ability to work well with others, both externally and internally
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with presenting in front of groups
  • Work Environment

  • Business travel up to 75% and a flexible schedule
