About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Certifications : BLS, IV certification required

Must-Have : Must be able to pass the telemetry test

Should have experience in monitoring telemetry patients.

Epic experience required.

Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity.

Description :

Candidates will work three 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 : 30 AM.

Patient ratios are 4-5 patients per nurse.

The RN will be responsible for general nursing skills such as initiating IVs, monitoring patients, and administering medications.

Patient education is also an essential part of the role.

Candidates must have experience in telemetry nursing.

Interdisciplinary support includes teams for IVs, physical therapy, respiratory services, and more.

The unit cares for adults and geriatric patients with various diagnoses, including post-surgical cases and general medicine.

Candidates must be aware of the urgency in the credentialing process.

Compliance with fingerprinting requirements is mandatory.

Two professional references are required for submission.
