Senior Implementation Project Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Project Manager to join their Implementation Team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation projects from contract execution to achievement of customer outcomes, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery

Provide operational consultative support to clients on data collection, design decisions, and overall solution architecture

Identify and implement process improvements across systems while mentoring team members on project management practices

Required Qualifications

5 - 10 years of experience managing medium to large technology implementation projects

BA / BS degree or equivalent experience

3 - 5 years of experience in client process optimization and change management

Background in Software-as-a-Service project management and healthcare systems

Experience leading complex healthcare system implementation projects
