Physical Therapist - TGH OPC Orthopedic Rehab

Tampa General Hospital is a private not-for-profit hospital and one of the most comprehensive medical facilities in West Central Florida.

Outpatient Rehabilitation Services are provided at multiple off campus locations and include physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech language pathology services for patients across the life span (Pediatric and Adult). Patients may have a variety of diagnoses including but not limited to, stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic injuries, trauma, burns, chronic pain, birth injuries and other cardiac and neurology-related conditions. The goal of rehabilitation services is to increase the functional independence of our patients and improve their quality of life through state of the art, evidence-based practices.

PT will be part of an Interdisciplinary team of PT, OT and SLP’s providing world class evidence-based care to patients. Primary caseload will be patients with Oncological conditions, but PT may be expected to work with some patients from other diagnostic categories to meet the operational needs of the department.
