International Real Estate Asset Manager (Remote)

Our client is seeking an experienced International Real Estate Asset Manager to oversee and grow a diverse global property portfolio.

This individual will be responsible for managing current investments, identifying new acquisition opportunities, and ensuring the optimal performance of real estate assets across multiple countries.  Key Responsibilities :

• Portfolio Management Forecast profitable investment opportunities and assess market risks Evaluate global properties and provide strategic recommendations Asset Management Manage rental properties, including lease agreements, tenant relations, and minor repairs Coordinate with property management companies where applicable Ensure all properties meet operational, financial, and regulatory requirements Acquisition & Investment Identify international commercial real estate opportunities with strong ROI potential Lead negotiations and coordinate purchase contracts with internal legal teams Maintain a pipeline of acquisition targets and current market intelligence Reporting & Compliance Track performance metrics for all properties and investments Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions Support periodic reporting to executive management Collaboration & Travel Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations Travel internationally as needed for property inspections, negotiations, and closings Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Extensive experience in international real estate, including acquisition, management, and disposition Strong knowledge of global real estate markets and investment strategies Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Ability and willingness to travel internationally Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Compensation :   Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package International work environment with regular travel opportunities Professional development and long-term growth potential Dynamic and collaborative global team  Powered by JazzHR
