Job description

Psf Staffing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented PSF Staffing Consultant to join our team. In this full-desk role, you will be responsible for both business development and candidate recruitment, managing the entire staffing lifecycle from lead generation to placement and beyond.

Responsibilities :

  • Proactively identify and develop new client relationships through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Consult with clients to understand their staffing needs, company culture, and hiring goals.
  • Present staffing solutions and negotiate contracts and terms of business.
  • Manage and grow a book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Recruitment :

  • Source, screen, and interview top-tier candidates for a variety of roles within the professional services sector.
  • Utilize a range of sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and our internal database.
  • Qualify candidates' skills, experience, and career aspirations to ensure a strong match with client requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates for meetings, and provide timely feedback.
  • Negotiate offers and close placements.

    • Account Management :

  • Maintain strong relationships with both clients and placed candidates.
  • Provide ongoing support and excellent customer service.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to better advise clients and candidates.

    • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in a full-desk recruiting or sales role.
  • Strong business acumen and a hunter's mentality for new business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software.
  • A high degree of professionalism and a commitment to ethical business practices.
