Job descriptionLucrative retention bonuses over $100,000 available $10,000 relocation assistance Disability and life insurance Great PTO plans 401(k) retirement program with generous employer matching contributions CME reimbursements License Renewal reimbursements Loan repayment options through Federal and State programs Primary location will be Canby, MN with responsibilities in Clear Lake, SD Currently 2 FM and 3 APPs on staff Attached to a 25-bed critical access hospital Call is 1 weekend / month and 1 night during the week Surgery outreach and other subspecialties Saturday clinic 9-12pm - on call provider covers this Average of 80 ER visits / month Nursing home onsite / connected to the hospital Assisted living apartments are also onsite The ED is a Level 4 trauma center Build a wide professional network by collaborating with different healthcare teams, opening doors for future career prospects and collaborations.
