Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Assist in all areas of support for loan department
- Titles : White slip processing, securing title for collateral, completing necessary paperwork, assure proper documentation, scanning of documents, etc.
- Total Loss : Work total loss process in a timely and efficient manner
- Balancing and / or validation-verification of various reports in a timely manner including : GAP, Loan Metrics by Officer / Processor, Incentives, GAP, Lender's Protection and any other reports assigned
- Assisting phone center and other credit union team members to assure high level of member satisfaction and a smooth operation of the loan servicing process
Qualifications and Required Skills :
Previous experience in title examination, loan servicing or a related field is a plus.Strong attention to detail and a history of accuracy in work product.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on member service.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
