The responsibilities of an Accounting Operations Specialist include :
- Analyze and process routine and non-routine confidential correspondence for client portfolio transactions (including capital calls, cash, and stock distributions)
- Prepare and send client portfolio transaction letters to clients
- Monitor general correspondence received through email (including client requests, general partner requests, and distribute correspondence to appropriate departments).
- Maintain wire instructions in the company database and communicate wire instructions to appropriate parties upon request
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of wires through the treasury system
- Other duties and special projects, as assigned
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in business-related subject matterTwo to three years of experience working full-time in a bookkeeping or closely related positionDetail-oriented, proactive, and resourcefulStrong communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to focus on multiple tasksHighly proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft WordBenefits & Compensation
