Senior Business Systems Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of System Developers and Administrators, ensuring effective collaboration with business users

Own the planning, development, and optimization of core business systems, including Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, and Quickbase

Partner with business stakeholders and the data team to translate business requests into actionable requirements and oversee data integration

Required Qualifications

7+ years in business systems analysis, systems architecture, or systems management

Proven experience managing and mentoring a technical team, preferably in a global or remote setting

Deep knowledge of Tier-1 ERP and CRM platforms, particularly Oracle Fusion Cloud, Salesforce, or Quickbase

Strong understanding of the data analytics lifecycle and experience with integration platforms like Dell Boomi

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field
