We are accepting applications in anticipation of an upcoming contract. Qualified candidates will be contacted once funding and project timelines are finalized. The anticipated stat date for this role is at the end of the year or early next year.

We're looking for a OSP Quality Assurance Engineer who combines technical precision with a collaborative spirit. You'll partner with design and field teams to ensure all telecom deliverables meet quality standards, technical specifications, and client requirements.

What you'll do :

• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and policies to ensure that all OSP design work is carried out to the required standards
• Work closely with OSP designers and project managers to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of all quality assurance activities
• Provide training and guidance to OSP designers on quality standards, processes, and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments and teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in OSP technologies, and incorporate these into the quality assurance program
• Ensure that all OSP facilities meet customer requirements and expectations, and provide input and recommendations for continuous improvement
