Registered Nurse

JourneyCare Home Health is currently seeking a dedicated RN to join our home health team. This field-based position is responsible for managing a caseload of patients in Downtown Chicago, IL and surrounding areas , providing skilled nursing services, coordinating care, and supporting patients on their road to recovery in the comfort of their homes.

Location : Downtown Chicago, IL - 60605 and surrounding areas.

RN Salary : $80,000 - $105,000

Offer based on years of experience.
