Job Summary : The Pc Desktop Technician will provide technical support for desktop computers and related equipment. This includes installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware and software.
Responsibilities :
- Install and configure desktop computers and peripherals
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems
- Assist in the development and implementation of technical policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure smooth operation of computer systems
