Job Description :

Broadcom is seeking a Portfolio Services Engineerto develop and scale post-sales technical adoption operational best practices and lifecycle success assets for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF). This role focuses on enabling Technical Adoption Managers and Partners with high-quality guidance that accelerates customer onboarding consumption and long-term operational maturity.

Responsibilities

• Develop adoption frameworks onboarding playbooks operational runbooks and lifecycle best-practice documentation for VCF.
• Identify customer post-sales needs and translate them into scalable repeatable TAM delivery assets.
• Improve customer value realization and VCF consumption by enhancing TAM guidance and delivery materials.
• Partner with product engineering support services engineering and TAM leadership to align adoption content with product direction.
• Continuously measure and refine the effectiveness of adoption and lifecycle resources.
• Support global TAM teams and Expert Advantage Partners with technical enablement resources and success-focused materials.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is$106900- $171000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
