About Trove Home Care

Trove Home Care provides compassionate, one-on-one, non-medical home care and companionship for seniors and individuals with special needs. We are committed to delivering the gold standard in premium home care across Charlottesville, Richmond, Williamsburg, and surrounding communities.

We are currently hiring caregivers to join our growing team in Charlottesville, VA and surrounding areas : Crozet, Palmyra, Ruckersville, Scottsville and more ! Start with a flexible schedule and grow into a steady client routine based on your availability and strengths. We match caregivers thoughtfully to clients to ensure satisfaction on both sides .

What You'll Do

As a Trove caregiver, you'll provide supportive, non-medical care in clients' homes. Care needs vary by client from companionship to personal care and we match you accordingly.

You may assist with :

  • Companionship & Engagement
  • Transportation (errands, appointments, outings)
  • Medication reminders
  • Meal preparation & light cooking
  • Light housekeeping & homemaking tasks

If you're a CNA or a PCA with proper training, you may also provide hands-on personal care , such as :

  • Dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
  • Feeding assistance
  • Ambulation and transferring
  • Bathing and toileting support
  • Incontinence care

    • What We're Looking For

  • PCA, CNA, or HHA certification preferred
  • At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal)
  • Active driver's license and valid car insurance
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Compassion, patience, and emotional maturity
  • Dependability and professionalism
  • Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
  • Must pass background check and reference screening
