This is a hybrid inbound and outbound sales role for people who are hungry to drive revenue, build repeat business, and own their results. It rewards individuals who thrive under pressure, act decisively, and operate with high urgency and precision.
You will manage hundreds of customer interactions per week, build your own book of business, and ensure every booking experience reinforces CharterUP's reputation for speed, reliability, and excellence.
As a Client Solutions Partner (CSP), you'll be in the thick of the action, handling high volumes of inbound demand while chasing down the next opportunity before anyone else does. You'll be responsible for both closing new customers and expanding recurring ones, managing a mini-portfolio of high-value accounts that rely on you as their trusted CharterUP contact.
We're looking for sharp, decisive, high-judgment sales athletes who can think fast, act faster, and refuse to settle for "good enough." You'll be part of a team that executes with urgency, precision, and accountability every single day.
Responsibilities include hitting and exceeding every metric, managing a high volume of inbound leads while driving outbound reactivation and expansion efforts, leveraging CharterUP's proprietary marketplace technology to create tailored, accurate trip quotes, executing disciplined call patterns, building urgency, rapport, and trust in every interaction, driving repeat business, and maintaining complete accuracy in quoting, CRM updates, and call documentation.
Experience and expertise required include 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles, consistently exceeding performance goals, managing and growing a book of business, balancing high-volume inbound response with targeted outbound prospecting, navigating multi-contact organizations, expert communicator with mastery in objection handling, proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools, and analytical and data-driven decision-making.
