Our client is expanding and adding two experienced Project Managers to support a growing portfolio of clinical research studies. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of complex, multi-site projects while collaborating with global teams and driving meaningful impact in the clinical research space.

What Youll Do

Lead clinical research projects from kickoff through completion

Coordinate cross-functional teams (imaging, clinical, operations)

Oversee project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables

Run client meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through

Maintain essential project documentation and regulatory compliance

Serve as a primary liaison for clients and internal stakeholders

Support continuous improvement across project workflows

What Were Looking For

🔹 3+ years of project management experience (clinical / CRO preferred)

🔹 Ability to manage multiple complex studies simultaneously

🔹 Strong communicator with leadership presence

🔹 Comfortable working with global teams and flexible schedules

🔹 Startup / small-company mindsethands-on, proactive, adaptable

🔹 Confident representing the company to clients
