Job Summary (Curam Certified Developer)

• Serve as the on-site technical resource for the MMS project in Columbia, SC.
• Design and document detailed technical solutions based on business and functional requirements.
• Develop software components and APIs using Java / J2EE, Curam, JavaScript, NodeJS, ReactJS, SQL / No-SQL, and AWS.
• Conduct data mapping and gap analysis to assess software alignment with business needs.
• Utilize Curam framework to develop new functionalities, fix defects, and meet requirements.
• Assist technical leads / architects by analyzing technical issues and implementing proof of concepts.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries for data analysis and decision-making.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams and vendors; advise on best practices for Curam software.
• Review and propose solutions to business requirements, communicate risks, and suggest alternatives.
• Collaborate with business analysts, SMEs, technical managers, and development leads on requirements and technical designs.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.
• Report project status and strategies to leadership, highlighting issues or risks promptly.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work within various software delivery methodologies such as waterfall, scrum, and agile.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
• Required : Bachelor's degree in technical or related field and Curam Certification.
• Minimum 4 years of IBM Curam framework experience, including HCR and CGIS modules.
• Experience with Curam OOTB modules (Workflow, Tasks, CER rules, Evidence framework, IEG, Web-services).
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance and MMIS; experience with Python or NodeJS / ReactJS / Angular / JSON.
• Proficient in profiling / troubleshooting IBM Curam OOTB and custom code.
