Sales Design Consultant

The Kohler Store by First Supply is seeking a creative, energetic and ambitious sales, design professional to develop and build relationships with new and existing customers and deliver a design experience worthy of the KOHLER brand! Your thorough, detailed eye will drive contractor and retail showroom sales experiences. Responsibilities include driving sales to meet and exceed sales targets set by Store Manager, conducting daily follow-up on outstanding quotes, developing repeat sales, new relationships and future business, ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service, following-up on all sales to ensure customer satisfaction and service, helping to maintain a well-organized, aesthetically pleasing environment, administering sales process, and assisting with normal store maintenance tasks.

This position's pay consists of base hourly pay, plus monthly commission. Starting base pay is between $21.00 / hr - $27.50 / hr based on experience. Qualifications include strong sales / service experience, passion to help clients achieve their vision with their home projects, experience or knowledge of plumbing, kitchen & bath, design / remodeling industry preferred, undergraduate / trade school / design education preferred or in progress OR the ability to demonstrate hands-on learning through experience, ability to work a flexible schedule, 5 days a week within retail hours (Monday - Saturday 10 : 00am - 6 : 00pm), and occasional evening hours for events, highly personable, skilled at interacting with clients and prospects at a variety of knowledge and comfort levels, computer knowledge and skills with the ability to learn First Supply LLC's business system, ability to effectively communicate, valid driver's license and a driving record which meets underwriting standards.
