Architectural Designer / Drafter

Chicago design + construction office seeks architectural designer with 0-3 years of experience. This is a Full Time, permanent position. Typical projects include residential, institutional and commercial projects in Chicago and metropolitan area. This is a great opportunity for individuals that welcome responsibility, autonomy and are looking to develop their professional skills and experience.

• Field verification of existing conditions a plus
• Produce Construction / Permit Documents a plus
• Follow up and management of Permitting a plus
• Proficiency with AutoCAD 2013 and above, required
• Proficiency with Sketch Up is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Social Media proficiency a plus
