About the Role:
Airlift USA Inc., a growing international freight forwarding company, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Documentation Executive to join our team in Westlake Village, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in logistics and international trade operations.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding documentation or related logistics roles (preferred)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
