A company is looking for a Video Game Producer (m / f / d) who is experienced in live game operations. Key Responsibilities Run and lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups Support the Product Owner by facilitating communication and organization across departments Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient cross-departmental processes Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Producer in AA or AAA live game production Proven experience with Jira for task tracking and sprint planning Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) Strong knowledge of the full live game operations cycle High level of English, both spoken and written
