Position Overview :

Our client, a family-owned electrical contracting company based in Nashville, TN with over 58 years of combined industry experience, is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Superintendent to oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects in around Memphis, TN.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring project milestones are met, maintaining quality and safety standards, and serving as a key liaison between field crews, project management, and clients.

Scope Of Work : To manage and supervise electrical new construction and renovation projects in Memphis, TN.

Job Role - Travelling Superintendent

Location - Memphis

Salary - $100,000 DOE

Package - (Tier 1 - Tier 5) - Truck, Gas Card, 401k, Health Benefits, PTO 2 Weeks

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical activities across multiple job sites.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Manage field crews, schedule labor, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
• Oversee quality control and conduct regular site inspections.
• Maintain project documentation including daily reports, material logs, and time tracking.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce all company and OSHA safety standards.
• Assist with pre-construction planning, material procurement, and job site setup.
