Senior Construction Manager (Austin)

Were partnering with a leading developer and operator of hyperscale data centers to identify an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager (Data Centers) to join their growing U.S. construction team.

This individual will oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale, mission-critical data center construction projects from site development and design coordination through delivery and commissioning. The ideal candidate comes from a general contractor background and has hands-on experience managing projects valued at $100M+ with a strong focus on MEP and mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead multiple data center construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage general contractors, subcontractors, and design partners to ensure timely delivery and quality execution
• Oversee budgets, schedules, risk management, and change orders
• Drive coordination across MEP, structural, and civil disciplines
• Partner closely with internal engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams
• Travel to project sites throughout Texas is required
