We’re looking for a detail-driven, layout-savvy Graphic Designer to join our production-focused team. This is a hands-on role where accuracy, file prep, and teamwork matter just as much as creativity. You’ll collaborate with our sales, install, and fabrication teams to bring ideas to life — and see your work out in the real world.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and proofing signage of all types (print, cut, routed, illuminated)
• Prepping and formatting production files for vinyl, large format print, and fabrication
• Creating clean, accurate permit plan layouts
• Working with customers to translate ideas into brand-consistent designs
• Collaborating closely with sales and production to meet deadlines and specs
• Assisting with light social media graphics, basic content creation, and uploads
• Supporting internal brand needs (email graphics, signage, in-house materials)
• Managing multiple active projects with shifting priorities and quick turnarounds
