Job Description

A Cashier at Style Netbox plays a vital role in providing outstanding customer service by handling financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

You will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our creative space, ensuring a smooth, friendly, and professional experience.

Responsibilities

Process payments including cash, credit / debit cards, and other forms of payment

Maintain accurate records of transactions and issue receipts

Greet customers warmly and assist with general inquiries

Ensure the cashier area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

Handle returns or exchanges in accordance with company policy

Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer support

Report discrepancies or suspicious activity to management

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred

Excellent numerical and communication skills

Basic knowledge of POS systems and standard payment procedures

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
