Business Banking Sales Manager
The Business Banking Sales Manager reports to the Business Banking Market Leader.
Responsibilities include :
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other related field, or equivalent work experience - Typically, 10 or more years of business banking or relevant experience - Typically, five or more years of management / leadership experience
Preferred Skills / Experience - Thorough knowledge of banking products / services, banking operations, and current market trends - Demonstrated new business development and relationship management skills - Detailed knowledge of credit analysis practices and procedures and underwriting proficiency - Strong management and leadership skills - Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills - Effective verbal and written communication skills
Location
This role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule. If not prospecting and meeting with clients, there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week with the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
