ABOUT THE ROLE

Pickle is hiring founding AI researchers to build the first human-like AI clone that is real-time, expressive, and persistent across voice, video, and memory. You will push the frontier of multimodal learning, diffusion, Neural Radiance Fields (NeRFs), and low-latency generation. Your work will define how clones understand context, express emotion, and adapt over time, bringing deeply personal, interactive AI to life.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and develop multimodal models that combine voice, video, and text to create deeply human-like AI clones.
• Push the frontier on expressiveness and realism using techniques like diffusion models, NeRFs, and 3DGS.
• Prototype and fine-tune models for real-time performance, identity preservation, and long-term contextual memory.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to bring cutting-edge research into a seamless, user-facing product.
