Key Responsibilities Fill permanent scheduling needs based on patient requirements Update patient and staff availability and maintain accurate records in scheduling software Communicate schedule changes and evaluate staffing needs per region Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred At least 1 year of customer service experience Prior scheduling experience in a medical office or ABA service provider preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
