CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JOB DESCRIPTION
Answering phone calls from prospective clients
Directing clients to specific departments for assistance
Responding to customer queries
Processing customer orders
Resolving customer complaints
Troubleshooting any issues with orders, deliveries, etc.
Building strategies for improving the overall customer experience
Representing the values of the company.
Will be assisting as a LEAD when it is necessary
Assisting to oversee regular and temporary associates
Monday to Friday Schedule
Capable of standing for long periods of time 8-10 hrs.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. when needed
Ability of bending when needed constantly
