We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to join and lead our Identity and Access Management Product Team. This is a hybrid role, reporting in the San Jose, CA office 3 days a week. Reporting to the Senior Director, Software Engineering, you'll be responsible for :

• Leading a team of 810 software engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery, system reliability, and effective performance management and career development
• Championing the product vision, representing the company, product, and team to internal and external stakeholders
• Partnering with product management to build and execute roadmaps; proactively identifying process and product gaps and drive changes for improved outcomes
• Architecting and implementing cloud-native solutions optimized for reliability, availability, scalability, and security
• Collaborating cross-functionally to meet requirements and expedite delivery; planning budgets and resources for cloud services, including hardware needs based on metrics and cost
