- Must be board eligible / board-certified physician in family medicine or internal medicine with a geriatric fellowship highly preferred to join our Sharp Extended Care (SEC) Department
- Coverage at two skilled nursing facilities
- 1.0 FTE (SNF- Southbay San Diego)
- Spanish Speaking preferred
