AI Adoption & Enablement Lead

Our scope of work includes serving as Board Members, Interim C-Suite Management, Chief Restructuring Officer, and other operationally focused roles, where AI-driven tools and analytics play a pivotal role in optimizing turnarounds and mitigating risks.

OPPORTUNITY As an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead, you will serve as the go-to expert who enables both our internal team and clients to adopt and realize value from AI solutions.

Think of this as a developer relations role applied to consulting :

• you'll blend technical expertise, training, client advisory, and asset development to make AI accessible, effective, and transformative.
• This position represents a foundational role in our newly created Data & AI Business Unit, where you'll help establish AI standards and practices from the ground up to drive innovation in restructuring and turnaround engagements.
• By joining at this early stage, you'll have the opportunity to shape the unit's direction, build internal capabilities, and position Areté Capital Partners as a leader in AI-driven transformations for mid-market companies.
• RESPONSIBILITIES The AI Adoption & Enablement Lead is given significant responsibility and plays a vital role in ensuring successful AI integration and outcomes for our clients and internal teams.
