Were looking for a Quality Manager to lead quality systems and ensure compliance with AS9100 and NADCAP standards in a high-precision CNC machining environment.

What Youll Do

Own and maintain AS9100 & NADCAP certifications .
Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Drive continuous improvement and risk management initiatives.
Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and suppliers.
Analyze defect data lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Provide quality training and mentor team members.

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Industrial or related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP requirements as Quality representative - leading audits

Experience with metalworking processes (NDT heat treat).

Skilled in SPC problem-solving tools and quality improvement methodologies.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Required Experience and Education :

Bachelors degree in a related technical discipline preferred OR relevant experience / certificate to replace Bachelor

Strong knowledge in Quality Assurance and related compliance requirements in the Aerospace industry.

Experience in metal working processes like NDT and heat treating.

Knowledge of continuous improvement methods and risk management techniques.

Strong knowledge of AS 9100 and NADCAP system requirements and

how to satisfy those requirements through the development of internal quality systems and procedures.

Knowledge of SPC statistical problem-solving techniques and other quality improvement methodologies.

Ability to effectively provide overall direction of Quality Assurance.

Strong communications and leadership skills needed to support and / or direct

both internal and external customers.

Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
