JOB RESPONSIBILITIESOwnership of developmental and production comments for all RTW and handbag stylesEnsure garments fit properlyApproving grade rules once PP is approvedDirect communication and management with vendorsAccurately measure samplesLead fit sessions with design on live model to make necessary fit correctionsOwnership of Quality Control for bulk samplesWorking with calendar to ensure deadlines are metSchedule and coordinate weekly fittings with design team and modelManage an average of 20-30 monthly styles drops Consistently improving technical design department and fitLead fit check sessions with team twice a yearQUALIFICATIONSUnderstanding of garment constructionProficient in illustrator, MS excelStrong communication skills (written and verbally) to team members and vendorsExtreme attention to detailAbility to identify fit issues and present options to solve issuesTime managementPattern making knowledgeAt least 3-4 years of technical design experienceExperience in working with factories overseasExperience in womens contemporary fashionExperience with wovens, dresses, blouses, and sweaters (denim and swim a plus)Fun and positive attitude for a fast paced and growing brandAt Cleobella, we are dedicated to making a positive impact on society and the environment.
