AUTO OFFER POSITION - offer made Lutheran Hospital  RN / Medical Surgical / Telemetry  Duration : 13 weeks  Shift : 7a-7p, every other weekend, holidays on rotation, no on call requirements Bill rate : $80 GH : 72 GH bi-weekly Certifications required : RN IN license, BLS Scope of role :  oncology unit with chemotherapy infusion, patients w symptom control problems, GI, Gu patients Years of experience required : 2+ years, oncology experience   Number of beds in unit : 24 Patient ratio : 5 : 1, sometimes 6 : 1 Floating is required TRAVELERS SUBMITTED  MUST  ATTACH REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS OR WILL BE REJECTED TRAVELERS  MUST  BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY – LOCAL CANDIDATES NOT ACCEPTED!
