Civil Engineer - Professional Engineer License

A company is looking for a Data Center Construction Civil Engineer. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of data center construction projects, including site planning and compliance with client requirements Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement design and construction contracts Manage project management activities for multiple real estate projects, ensuring timely completion and issue resolution Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered Solid understanding of commercial real estate, project management, and construction practices Familiarity with water / wastewater design and hydraulic modeling Professional Engineer license preferred In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite products
