We are in search of a dynamic and experienced SVP, Account Leader to join our talented team. If you are a seasoned professional in healthcare marketing with expertise across various therapeutic areas, this role is tailored for you. You will play a critical role in harmonizing the strategic and tactical initiatives of multiple brands with the overarching client and corporate vision.

As the SVP, Account Leader, you will not only lead with confidence but also inspire and mentor your teams. A significant aspect of this role includes driving business development by establishing a strong rapport with clients to generate innovative ideas and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong professional presence, and a proven ability to manage multiple account teams while ensuring the delivery of outstanding, high-quality work. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding a graduate degree in marketing and management. You should have at least 10 years of experience in the advertising industry, of which 3.5 to 4.5 years should be in a VP, Account Director role within an agency. Additionally, 8 to 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or project management is essential.

This role demands a professional with a demonstrated ability to multitask, thrive under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
