About The Position

An award-winning, nationally recognized independent health system in Findlay, Ohio is urgently seeking a compassionate and flexible Outpatient Rheumatologist to join its modern Wellness Park facility . This role offers exceptional autonomy, administrative support, and a rare work-life balance in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Flexible : 2-5 days / week (4hr, 8hr, 10hr, or 12hr days) OR Week On / Week Off (Mon-Thurs 7am–7pm, Fri 7am–5pm, optional Sat 4hr)

Job Requirements

✅ Board Certified / Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Rheumatology

✅ Ohio License (or willing to obtain)

✅ DEA (must be obtained prior to start)

✅ Clean malpractice and license

✅ Date of last communication with candidate

✅ Visa status – Confirm if J1 / H1B required

Benefits

Base salary : $300,000 / year (for 40 hrs / week)

Total earning potential : Up to $500,000 / year with wRVU productivity bonus

$50,000 signing bonus

Loan repayment (during or after training – monthly, quarterly, or annual)

Relocation assistance : Up to $10,000

CME : $5,000 annually + board certification support

Paid time off : 248 hours (includes holidays, vacation, CME)
