Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented Operations Supervisor to join our team. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the following :

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and participate in the operations and activities in the warehouse; hire, train, assign, supervise and evaluate assigned staff.
• Communicate company policies and procedures, as well as facility work instructions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with management approved freight / 3PL carriers.
• Provide daily and weekly reports related to inbound and outbound workflows.
• Create a daily warehouse work schedule to meet all customer commitments.
• Coordinate maintenance schedule for all warehouse equipment and vehicles.
• Ownership of all inventory management responsibilities; cycle counting, scrap orders, and variances.
• Supervise warehouse housekeeping procedures.
• Any other duties may be assigned by Operations Management.
