Litigation Paralegal

Overview : Our client, a boutique law firm in the Seaport area, is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join their litigation team in Boston. The paralegal will manage all aspects of trial preparation and execution.

Key Responsibilities :

E-Discovery :

• Oversee the forensic collection and processing of client data with external vendors, and assist clients with minor self-collection efforts as needed.
• Develop search criteria for client documents, analyze search result reports, and adjust criteria accordingly.
• Manage E-Discovery vendor interactions, coordinating productions and document reviews.
