The Opportunity :

CACI is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our Development Team on the All Spark program. You will support our client with design, creation, deployment, and maintenance of multiple ServiceNow applications. The Senior ServiceNow Developer will play a key role and server as a trusted adviser to client

Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform including, but not limited to, ITSM, SPM, CMDB, ITOM / ITAM, CSM, ATF, DevSecOps, Service Portal, custom application development, etc.
• You will be responsible for helping to develop code, unit test, hold code reviews, check in code, and help to build the code pipeline for continuous integration / continuous delivery.
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate roll out of new applications and modules and configure application UI, workflow, and API.
• Create, maintain configuration management on the ServiceNow platform in all environments.
• Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes / requests.
• Plans for data ingestion from different legacy sources, makes design decisions on that data, and works to reconcile data based on the chosen authoritative source.
• Revolutionize and reimagine ServiceNow Service Portal Implementation by leveraging customizations, widget capabilities.
• Leverages UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts.
• Develops applications and modules using scripted REST APIs and customized notifications, approvals, and inbound email actions.
• Coordinate with multiple departments within and outside of the customer’s organization to accomplish project tasks.
• Independent self-starter and proactive at developing solutions and solving business problems using ServiceNow.
• Work in an Agile Team creating / using stories and other Agile and / or SAFE applications within ServiceNow.

Qualifications : Required :

Desired : ITIL 4 certification

The proposed salary range for this position is :

$103,800 - $218,100
