Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is a seeking a talented and versatile Senior Designer to join our Client Development team. The preferred location would be Phoenix, AZ, though could be Los Angeles, CA, Irvine. CA or our Denver, CO office. The ideal candidate will take the lead in conceptualizing and designing exceptional print and digital content that aligns with the firm's marketing goals. You'll play a critical role in visually translating our brand's story across all mediums, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience.
Beyond creating compelling designs, you'll collaborate closely with marketing and digital teammates, manage multiple design projects, and oversee timelines and budgets with precision. Whether it's a website image, a trade show booth design, or storyboarding short-format videos, you'll bring expertise, creativity, and efficiency to every task.
This role offers a mix of hands-on design work and strategic input, making it ideal for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Conceive and deliver best-in-class print and digital content that supports the firm's marketing goals, ensuring every project reflects a thoughtful and strategic approach to design.
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing and digital teams to support content marketing initiatives, including infographics, website images, social media graphics, and video content.
- Storyboard and produce short-format video content that elevates our brand's storytelling and engages target audiences effectively.
- Provide accurate timelines, ensure deadlines are met, and work within pre-determined budgets to keep projects running smoothly.
- Manage additional design needs, including presentations, event signage, and trade show collateral, ensuring visual consistency and creativity across all materials.
REQUIREMENTS :
Previous experience in a law firm or in-house corporate design role is an added advantage.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.5-10 years of professional design experience, or equivalent education and training.We're on the lookout for someone with a passion for design and a portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of branding and storytelling. Here's what we're looking for :A portfolio of compelling work (must include link with application).Expertise in visual storytelling, including knowledge of storyboarding and short-form video production.Strong skills in managing and maintaining brand assets such as logos, typefaces, and style guides.Consistent ability to explain design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience creating web-ready assets for multiple platforms (responsive design knowledge is a plus).Proficiency in creative tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, and more).Exceptional detail orientation, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising qualityCOMPENSATION :
The national average salary range for this role is $67,500 - $104,000. Starting salary will be determined based on location, qualifications and experience.
